Earlier today, the Leader of the Conservatives in the Senedd Paul Davies put the Welsh Conservatives solidly on an election footing with a new speech arguing that devolution needed to be updated. Following the announcement of a Shadow Cabinet reshuffle on Friday, all eyes are on May 2021 when Davies and the Welsh Conservatives will be looking to end 22 consecutive years of Welsh Labour control.
